No, seriously, you can eat this. We know it seems as though food low in carbs equates to unappetizing possibilities, but that's just one of the many false impressions people are under. The truth is that steak and eggs, for example, are perfectly acceptable. They are mainly comprised of protein, which is a great, important nutrient. Go right ahead and dig in to this delicious type of low carb food.

Granted, pasta and bread are pretty much off limits. Maybe you could sneak in a bite or two here and there, but you really should forget about these items. However, there are other low carb diet foods that can make up your meals that still satisfy taste buds. Have all the bacon your heart can handle, for instance. There's nothing wrong with this kind of meat. Yummy fruits are also encouraged.
