	<title>Low Carb Snacks</title>
	<description>
Everyone loves snacks. Everyone hates carbs.
You know where we are going with this now I hope. It is all about the low carb snacks, baby! Carrot sticks, oranges, rice cakes. Oh yeah. Zero fat, zero carb content, and zero taste. But no matter. You have had, what, 33 years of great tasting food? Eating whatever the heck you want? Well it was a good run. Now it's time to get wise to the new trend. You will either take part in a low carb diet or you will grow morbidly obese and explode one day. It's not a difficult call if you want to make it to 40.

Okay, so maybe that was a tad extreme, but low carb snacks are still the bomb
For sure. Don't think that just because you eat low carb snacks that you are all of a sudden going to be the beacon of physical and mental health and wellness. Far from it. You will still be a lazy ass until you start exercising. A lot of people think low carb snacks are a shortcut. That is nowhere close to the truth. All you have to do is think about it as a big picture kind of deal. If you want to be a long-living, healthy-living person it is going to take more than low carb foods, sadly. It's going to take work.

Maybe even a little restraint. Imagine that. Buy yourself a new pair of running shoes in addition to some low carb candy. It is not gonna be a really big ordeal in the end, so just suck it up and do it, you putz. You can make it happen and you can do it now.
