Food With Low Carbohydrates
"I used to be on so many celebrity diets because I bought into that image on television of how I should look. But those diets didn't make sense to me. You're telling me I had to stop eating, or only eat at certain times of the day just to lose weight? That idea was not appealing to me at all. And then the foods these diets proposed you should eat just didn't sound to appetizing. They claimed that these foods with low carbohydrates were the only way to diet. I once had a diet that said a seaweed shake had low carbohydrates and next to no calories. But it tasted horrible. I don't care how low in carbohydrates something is, if it doesn't taste good, I'm not eating or drinking it." - Christine, age 32
