Food With Low Carbohydrates
"I used to be on so many celebrity diets because I bought into that image on television of how I should look. But those diets didn't make sense to me. You're telling me I had to stop eating, or only eat at certain times of the day just to lose weight? That idea was not appealing to me at all. And then the foods these diets proposed you should eat just didn't sound to appetizing. They claimed that these foods with low carbohydrates were the only way to diet. I once had a diet that said a seaweed shake had low carbohydrates and next to no calories. But it tasted horrible. I don't care how low in carbohydrates something is, if it doesn't taste good, I'm not eating or drinking it." - Christine, age 32

When it comes to low carbohydrates, you don't have to sacrifice taste for health. In fact, most of your favorite foods now come in a low carb version. A lot of people think you have to give up dairy products and bread. But truth be known, if you know your ingredients you can actually turn your low carbohydrates diet into something you enjoy. Almost any food has a low carbohydrates version.

"I wanted to lose weight for my high school reunion, but I did not want to give up eating my favorite foods. So I went to the store and bought a book on foods with low carbs, and to my surprise, a lot of my favorite foods had low carbs. That was great news to me because now I didn't have to give up my favorite foods but I could still try low carbohydrates dieting and lose weight. low carbohydrates foods tasted even better cooked this way, and they are healthy." Greg, age 37
