Ha Ha Ha. Bad Carbs Are Coming For You.
Perhaps you have heard about bad carbs
But have you heard just how evil bad carbs can be, and how they are going to sink their teeth into you and tear apart your very being? Have you gotten wind of the fact that for every bad carb you eat, you are sinking a little deeper into your own grave?
If you do not protect yourself against bad carbs, you are essentially saying that you do not care about living long, or worse yet, looking respectable. That white bread goes straight to your gut. More so than sweets or even booze, dog.
So what you have to do is ask yourself this. Do I want to learn how to get the necessary nutrients I need from carbohydrates, while also learning how to minimize bad carbs, or do I want to continue on as I have up until now, completely clueless and cruising for...

- Yes, carbs can be brutal. What you need to do is start eating whole grains and fruits and vegetables for your carbohydrate intake. These things will get you the nutrients you have to have while avoiding the empty carbs and calories. This is the concept right here. What you need are not strictly foods that are low carbs. You need the kinds of dietary options that allow digestion and nutrition to continue at optimal levels, but without the possibility of your gut ballooning like it has been.
- In the end, it is all about the good carbs. Whole grain bread. Brown rice. Vegetables. Organic pasta. Whatever you need to acquire in order to make this work, go to it. Just don't believe the traditional low carb hype because it's not all that it seems.
- Oh, and you're going to need to exercise as well. Sorry, no one gets a free ride in this life.
