It Is Fun To Start Counting Carbs!
What the heck are you going to do but start counting carbs?
Are you just going to keep on eating those loaves of white bread by the day? If so, that's not getting the kind of nutrition you need. It is as if you are not concerned with possibly killing yourself at all. Well, it's time to start counting carbs. Not only is it good for you to keep track of how many you eat, but you get to sound all high and mighty amongst friends and get them to think you're cool. With that in mind, it's easier than ever to begin counting carbs and the benefits are too numerous to turn away.
There is no doubt about it in our minds. You are going to die if you keep this up. What you have to do is ask yourself what's important. You have to start counting carbs right away. The reasons why include...
- It's a great way to impress that girl from the gym.
- Who you really like, but hate going to the gym.
- The nice thing about a diet that is low in carbs is that you no longer have to exercise. When you starve your body and do not give it the necessary carbohydrates, it burns excess fat cells! This is an ingenious revolution!
- The more food you eat that is low carbs, the more excess fat cells you are going to burn off. Eat fewer breads and pastas, lose more weight, and bang. You are the healthy person you have always wanted to be.
Alright so maybe it is not altogether that simple. There are basic carbs and then there are the complex carbs that do more good for you. It is not as if you can cut them out of your life altogether, but you can limit the bad ones and get the most out of what you do eat!
